HEIGHTS MEDIATION CENTER:
Houston mediations are held at the Heights Mediation Center, 3605 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77007.
Alternative Houston Locations:
If all parties agree to a different mediation location in the Houston metropolitan area that does not involve payment of a fee to use the space, the mediation fee for each party will be reduced by $50.
Mediations Outside of the Houston Metropolitan Area:
Mediations outside of the Houston Metropolitan Area will be held at a mutually agreed upon location, to be arranged by Hoffman Mediations, at the shared expense of the parties. Payment for such extra expense by the parties must be made at the time the space is reserved by Hoffman Mediations.
